1 Thomas Zaruba appeals from a judgment convicting him of second-degree sexual assault of a child contrary to WIS. STAT.§ 948.02(2) (2005-06) and victim intimidation contrary to WIS. STAT.§ 940.44(1) and from an order denying his motion to modify his sentence. Zaruba challenges the circuit courts exercise of sentencing discretion. Because the court properly exercised its discretion, we affirm.
