Defendant appeals his conviction of lewd and lascivious conduct in violation of 13 V.S.A. § 2602. He contends that he was denied his constitutional rights under the Confrontation Clauses of both the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Chapter 1, Article 10 of the Vermont Constitution. Defendant also argues that the trial court improperly applied V.R.E. 403 in foreclosing cross-examination of the States witnesses as to the specifics of investigations pending against a key State witness. We affirm.
